Shipping policy

1. What currency does your store use?

A currency converter is used throughout our store, thus allowing you to automatically view prices according to the country you are located in, or use the drop down menu to change currencies to suit. However, checkout is in USD.

2. Where are you located?

Arima, Trinidad.

3. How long does it take to make a product?

Some accessories can take 2-10 weeks to produce, depending on the style and size of the accessory. Some accessories may exceed 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the bespoke design, and materials chosen. Do note, genuine leather accessories do take time to produce due to the preparation phase, dyeing phase and finishing processes. You would be informed of time frames based on the accessory chosen. Do remember, all items are made from raw materials to finished product at our design studio. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to anywhere with a postal address. For specific address queries, send an email to info@jhenella-isaac.com

5. Which shipping company do you use to ship items locally and internationally?

We use TTPost Courier Trackpack & Private Couriers locally within Trinidad & Tobago.

Ttpost, FedEx and DHL are used internationally. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Trinidad & Tobago’s borders are closed. Therefore, at this time, only DHL and FedEx will be used for international shipping.

 6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Trinidad and Tobago with Ttpost courier trackpack and local courier services can take 2-7 days depending on where you are located within Trinidad & Tobago.

Internationally, DHL shipping can take approximately 4-12 days to receive depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates would be emailed to clients based on their location.
